What type of guarantees do you offer?
All our work is guaranteed and this includes workmanship. Many of our applications and products have 10 year warranty which is issued from the manufacturer and sent to the customer.
Is the survey free? Is there any obligation ?
Yes the survey we provide is 100% free, there is absolutely no obligation whatsoever and we never use pushy sales techniques.
How long does the quotation last ?
All quotations are valid for 60 days and the price is fixed and available for 60 days from the date on the quotation.

Will there be any mess or disruption ?
Safewise use protective film to cover interior flooring and tarpaulin sheets externally to cover the work area. Throughout the day all areas are vacuumed and waste is removed (including the neighbour's property if necessary).
How much deposit do you require ?
All our quotations are different and can vary hugely in cost depending on materials, scaffolding, tradesman, additional plant, surveys etc. We usually ask for a 10% deposit on small to medium jobs and up to a 25% deposit on larger more substantial jobs. The balance is only ever due once the work is completed.
